1. Minors under eighteen years of age are prohibited from entering the casino.
2. A passport or EU national identity card is required for all monetary transactions at the casino cashier.
3. Acceptable forms of ID to enter the casino for EU citizens are a passport or national ID.
4. To enter the Casino you have to be over the age of 18 and show the following documents:

Spanish citizens: Original national ID card (DNI)
Foreign citizens residing in Spain: Residence permit
European Union citizens: National ID card or passport (original documents)
Non-EU citizens: Passport (original document)

5. The price of the seats will not be returned unless in case of show cancellation.
6. Pay-outs for high-stakes tournaments will be made by bank transfer.
7. Registration tickets are personal and non-transferable.
